This unique retreat offers a serene escape with two bedrooms, accommodating up to four people. Casa Cabana is a haven where nature and contemporary living harmonize. Step out on your own private outdoor patio, designed for relaxation and gatherings. This intimate space is elegantly furnished and centered around a captivating fire pit that promises warmth and ambiance. Our home is designed like a charming tiny house, consisting of a single, spacious dwelling divided into three distinct and private units, each with its own separate entrance. Upon your stay, you'll have the delight of a personal porch equipped with a cozy seating area. While it's possible to encounter fellow guests from other units as you pass by, rest assured that your porch is exclusively yours to enjoy. Parking is a shared amenity, with ample space available in front of each unit. However, please bear in mind that there are only two parking spots allotted per unit. For Casa Cabana, specifically, there are parking accommodations for two vehicles exclusively. We kindly request that you park in the designated spaces to ensure everyone's convenience. The backyard, a serene oasis featuring a fire pit, is entirely private, offering an exclusive space for you to unwind without sharing it with other guests. Furthermore, the interior of the entire home is solely at your disposal, guaranteeing you a private and comfortable living space throughout your stay. Casa Cabana-Unit A (The far Right unit when facing the front of the dwelling) OUR SPACE INCLUDES Room 1 - Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) w/TV Room 2 - Two beds/Trundle bed (Pull out-Sleeps 2) Bathroom with stand up shower only Living Room Full Kitchen Breakfast Bar Office/desk in common area Covered Front Porch with sitting area Fire Pit Area with Adirondack Chairs This is a one-story home*** Please note we DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 4 guests at any given time. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property. No refunds. -You must be 25 years old to rent Casa Cabana ***If you are local to the area we will be checking to make sure you are not throwing a party at our house. Sadly, this happens all the time and it’s not cool at all. The safety of our guests must come first and we don’t like bothering our neighbors*** CLEANING - Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each guest according to CDC guidelines and recommendations. We take the cleaning of our home very seriously and will do our best to maintain the safety of all our guests. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. OUR PLACE RUNS ON A SEPTIC TANK This unit runs on a septic tank. We ask that you only flush natural waste. Please do not flush feminine wipes, baby wipes, cotton swabs, cotton balls, paper towels, or flushable wipes (even though it says flushable). These items can clog the septic tank and cause it to back up. Trust us, it’s not pretty. STARTER KIT We provide our guests with a starter kit upon arrival. Some items may run out and will need to be replaced by the guests.
