The living room is very large along with the backyard which makes it perfect for vacations or family gatherings. Great neighborhood located in Merced, you’ll be close to UC Merced, Lake Yosemite and Yosemite national Park, near great restaurants, and fast food and nearby shopping. Living room has a 70 inch smart Samsung TV which includes Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Apple Music, and much more. Dining room table fit 6 people, along with 3 barstool chairs. Also comes with a 2 car garage.
