This is a new and compact two bedroom apartment . It has a beautiful view of the lake and a gorgeous pool and loungers. There are some lovely walking trails around the lake. It is an ideal location for short term stays as it is located a few minutes walk to La Isla Mall, which has several restaurants if you do not plan to cook, as well as great shopping. For longer stays: Uber is more available from the Mall, if you need to go for groceries. There is a stove top but no oven. There are bbq's available on the ground level, $200 Mex. pesos per use. There is not a washing machine in the apartment, but you can book a washer and dryer for $100 Mex. pesos for the day you use it. You can arrange to have water delivered. You are allowed six guests in the apartment. This is the total allowed for your stay at the apartment even if you are there for several months. We misunderstood this and thought it meant a maximum of 6 at one time. Joaquin did his best to assist us during our stay.
