With a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, our home offers a warm, inviting vibe that's just right for family and friends to gather, laugh, and bond. Whether on vacation or escaping the hustle and bustle of the city you will indulge in the tranquil settings, modern amenities, and the serene beauty near Lake Wallenpaupack. This is not just a stay; it's an experience. Spacious living room has large comfy sofas and seating areas plus a beautiful gas fireplace. THE LAYOUT: 3 Bedrooms on the first floor 2 Bedrooms on the second floor Sleeping area in the basement makes the 6th room **Guests are kindly asked to respect no trespassing signs and to only use lake access provided by White Sands, not the North Colony Cove Community docks.

Joe is great host! The place is well prepared and all the instructions are crystal clear and easy to understand.
Incredible place, exactly as described and Joe was a thorough, detail-oriented host. Would definitely consider staying here again on any return trip to the area.
We had a great stay in the Poconos! The house was private, yet very close to the lake, restaurants, coffee shops, and other areas of interest. The house was spacious with lots of bedrooms and large beds, a great kitchen and great room, and an amazing game room. They had mostly everything you would need for the stay. Overall, the house was well stocked. The hot tub was great, and the outside space is wonderful (front porch, back porch, and yard with 2 fire pits). We had a wonderful time!
The place was great for 13 family members. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We also had plenty of bathrooms so we were all able to get ready on time for daily activities. Plenty to do in the house for all ages.
The house was great. Spacious and clean bathrooms. We had minor issues but the host promptly helped to resolve it: overall great stay!
