Had a good stay with my friends! The floor were abit dusty and sandy, air condition in the living room was not big enough to keep the place cool. Other than that we had a good stay, the hosts were very proactive and responsive.

The apartment is beyond beautiful and super clean. We had an amazing stay and there were no faults with it. By far it is the best apartment I’ve stayed in Johor. If you are looking to be away from the crowd, this is the best location. There is an upscale food centre opposite the apartment and also walking distance to R&F mall. In addition, further down the road there is a sheltered walkway to the immigration and 2 other shopping centres. Overall an excellent location. We will definitely stay at this apartment again when we are back. Thank you R Nine Team!

House looks nice as it has the loft concept. Bed was quite nice to sleep (firm). However it is located very near woodlands custom so driving back at night might encounter jam to enter the small road back to the airbnb. We were stuck for 20 mins cos it share the same route to enter the custom. Exterior of building looks old. Bathtub has clear stains. Agent was unclear if there was an alternative route back and how to operate the washer dryer. Place lack personal touch unlike other airbnb I’ve stayed, operated by owner themself. Foodcourt downstairs is not bad, just downstairs across a small road.
