Bring yourself and family or friends to our place for work, adventure or to relax. All newly professionally renovated lower suite 950 square feet of usable area. Our place can accommodate 1 to 4 people comfortably. TV with movie channels, Wi-Fi, electric control recliner couch, fold down bed and lots of closet space. If there is something you need please ask we will do our best to accommodate you. Also a XBOX 360 with a small box of 30 games. You will need to hook it up. Thx Doug Large private bedroom with hall entrance and a pocket door leading to large family room with recliner and fold out bed. Lots of closet space, full kitchen with cookware, table and chairs. Bathroom has a 3ft x 4ft shower with a corn seat, large shared laundry . Entrance in 2 front and or back entrance. Outside space still in design stage but usable. Very roomy place with easy access to other rooms.

Doug was responsive to questions and friendly. The unit was easy to access with clear instructions. Parking was fine on a bit of a slope. The shower was very nice and the bathroom professionally updated nicely. The TV was big and electric recliner couch was comfortable. The bed was comfortable but we could hear footsteps and creaking directly above. and I had trouble sleeping. The dog only barked once but unfortunately it was at 430 am.

Doug was very friendly and helpful before and throughout our stay, communicated well and mindful to give us privacy. His wife offered us some delicious dessert too, loved the whole place, very great work putting together everything! Thanks Doug.
My first comment about Doug's place is WOW. It exceeded my expectation. Lots of room , very clean and very comfortable. I am picky about beds due to a bad back, I had a great sleep. The bed was very comfortable. I like that there was a TV in the bedroom with lots of movie and channel options. There is also one in the other bedroom/ living room. The kitchen has everything needed to cook your own meals with complementary coffee, which was much appreciated. Bathroom was clean with a new walk in shower. I would definitely stay there again , and recommend to anyone looking for a good place at a good price. Thank you Doug for your greeting and Hospitality.

There is a bus stop across the street a coupe hundred in front of the neighbourhood Pub. There are 2 golf courses close by one is near walking distance and the other is 9 km away. There is a nature walking park close by with a quaint garden center with a restaurant. We are 15 km from Kamloops center but have a small shopping area down the road. There is a larger shopping area 6 km away. If you are to go on an adventure Wells Grey Park is only 125 km away and Hwy access to all directions is close. We are also only an 8 minutes drive to the Kamloops BC Wildlife Park. The Thomson River runs on the North side of #1 Hwy. Lots of country roads that access through to main Hwy's. Lots Trout and salmon fishing near by.
Parking is in driveway or on boulevard. There is a bus stop across the street in front of neighbourhood pup. Side walks and trails in most areas.

I have a lovely wife that loves to feed everyone her Chinese cooking even though we usually do not supply meals. We are a friendly punctual couple and I sometimes use a bit of sarcastic humor and we are also giving people. Pets are affectionate to people once they are introduced and over their nervous stage. We work hard and make sure our friends and guess are taken care of.
