The unit is a free standing structure from the main house. The place is quiet and there’s even some backyard space with patio furniture you can use. The neighborhood is upscale and easy access to downtown Los Gatos and a quick drive to San Jose. The place has 2 minisplits so we could keep the inside nice and warm. The bed is VERY firm, but it was fine if you’re just staying a few days. Massage chair in the place is great! So relaxing!

This little cottage is a great buy for it's location close to downtown Los Gatos, shopping and great restaurants! Having dust allergies, we really loved the hardwood floors throughout and the beautiful updated bathroom and custom tile. Howard was very friendly and always responded very quickly whenever we had any questions.

Nice stay, good space, nice outdoor kitchen and plenty of side yard for you to use. Big bathroom is nice

Pros: Good location (it is one of the expensive neighborhoods of the bay area). The host has a large back yard and a part of that yard is for use by Airbnb guests as a patio. There is a large table with umbrella shade and chairs which were nice to have. Cons: There are some rooms for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

We were in Los Gatos to visit family so we didn’t spend much time here besides sleeping and it was fine for that. The host did set up an extra twin bed which was nice. The outdoor kitchen was covered and wasn’t in the description so we weren’t sure if we could use the appliances or not? Beds and linens were mediocre. Pretty sparse place but worked for our short stay.
