Nicely renovated rancher with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Very comfortable foam mattresses and nice bedding. Very clean and spacious. Large kitchen with all appliances you need, including a Kerig coffee maker and toaster. Large backyard ( the weather did not permit us to spend too much time outside, but it was nice.

everything was as pictured and as stated. worked well for us. we'll see if it's available on my next trip to that area.

The location of the property was perfect and as described. The property was very clean and tidy. One thing that would have topped off the stay would have been a slightly better selection of kitchen ware/items. On previous stays at AirBnBs there has always been left over washing up liquid/toilet items etc at this property there was nothing and had to go out and purchase everything from kitchen tee towels to washing powder/washing up liquid. If staying at this property please be aware you need to come FULLY stocked up on these items. Overall I would stay here again. House is bid and nice and comfortable. Thank you Gus for the stay.

Very uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Master bedroom should have two nightstands but only has one. The canned lighting throughout the house is harsh and cold. There needs to be a place to hang up coats in the entryway. Backyard had broken fence, not safe for babies or dogs. There were empty bottles and cans in backyard, and it was littered with large branches. Broken cabinet in kitchen fyi. Kitchen needs oven mitts. No way to use bathtub without stopper. The positives were that the basement was ideal for our two cats, and the home was well-heated, with a spacious kitchen.
