Where do I start making my comment… at the start the appartment was promising, we liked the location, walkable distance to train station, Pisa tower, near the airport. Appartment modern, mostly everything you need. However!! after one night it was a complete dissapointment! The sofa bed is not suitable to sleep, there is no mattress, you can feel the metal construction to your back, and after full day enjoying the Pisa, Florence it was imposible to rest and have a great sleep. The host said that nobody has complained previously, they provided 3 sleeping places and they cannot do anything about it. They advised to put a blanket for the comfort!! Unfortunately, we booked 2 nights here. Dear host, you neet to sleep on that sofa yourself! Moreover, the whole appartment and bed linen, towels smelled like cigarettes. And ants!!! Lots of them, we noticed they are living in the appartment in the kitchen! Cannot leave any food, they are coming everywhere. We do not recommend this place!

It’s a place…it comes with parking (if you get stall one, it will be the size for a small car, think smart car). Stayed at Apt no.1. Overly complex water heating system. If you go in the winter it will take about an hour to warm the place up. Some WiFi devices will not get signal in the bedroom especially if the door closed. Ants… not many but they are seen crawling. It’s Italy…so everyone smokes, if the cleaning people leave the windows open before you get there, it will smell like cigarette smoke. Not worth $120 if you can get a hotel and parking and no need for a kitchen for the same amount. You are not missing any local charm. I got it because it’s close to the airport, but make sure you pay attention when you depart, 7:30-8:15am there is a school 50m away and it’s gridlock, no way out except for that street.

Nice apartment near airport. Easy to reach, pizza delivery nearby, clean and modern. Only issue we had were some ants in the apartment, but guess this can always happen on ground floor.
