Owners were kind and responsive to our questions. Smart-lock to get in was faulty which we were not warned of. When we walked in, the house was clean and presented as described. However, the window in the bathroom was opened and the heat was off, leaving the unit freezing for the first few hours. Water was also coming out brown in showers and sinks for a while before clearing up. Our biggest concern was the parking situation, which was not advertised. We stayed during a flood, however, the other guests in adjacent unit blocked us in the driveway (we were told not to block people in). When we contacted the owners, they told us WE had to go out to speak to them ourselves. Interaction was uncomfortable for us having to knock on the other unit's door. We had to park on the flooded street the rest of the trip. Broken glass was also outside the property. The kitchen was clean and had all the tools we needed for our meals. Beds were comfortable and appliances worked, including the TV.

Great place to stay when in the Warwick area, great location and very clean! Would definitely stay again!

Inside the apartment was very clean, very pretty and looked just like the photos, heat works great for winter time. My only complaints are, the trash was piled up from the day I got there till the day I left, I was there from Monday-sunday, there was like 8 trash bins plus trash to the side of the bins, there was glass all in the backyard when the host knew 2 children would be staying with me, there was Marijuana joints all in the backyard, trash was also piled up in the side of the house. They also have rats... yes I said it... rats, at first we didn't notice them, then we noticed in the morning in the bathroom you cabhear them under the tub and under the floor, the rats also chewed through the trash bags on the side of the house, they also managed to make there way in the house too. Will never stay there again... they wouldn't even give me a full refund, I didn't even get half my money back that I spent, Needless to say I will never be back... needs to shut down as an airbnb tbh...
