Welcome to MontPelier Farmstay. The perfect place to stop and take a breath and enjoy your stay surrounded by natural bushland, Steers, and a Donkey that you will see wandering the paddocks. Take in the sights and sounds of farm life. Take a dip in the pool. MontPelier is set on 100 acres of views of mountains and Lake Ross which can be seen from our Lookout. It is an ideal base to explore Townsville & Magnetic Island. It is a safe and secure area. Dogs are permitted on a lead. Large fenced yard with Shady trees. Timbered Deck overlooking yard, mountains and a shared pool. Spacious living area, laundry, full kitchen, shower/ bathroom. 1 x Queen room. 2 x Double rooms. 2 x Singles in a room.

Lots of space and room but pretty dirty, lots of bug faeces around the rooms and bathrooms should be cleaned before having guests.
The place was perfect for our family. We have 2 young kids and a dog so a big place that is pet friendly is amazing to find.
This was such a gem of a find. It is only 15 minutes out of the Townsville city but you feel like you’re in the country.

The farm stay was great with beautiful scenery & peaceful, the kids loved the pool & rural area with heaps of room Close enough to all amenities, cosy home Andrew the caretaker was very friendly & accommodating I would recommend
