We LOVE Alycia’s place and always stay at it in Pescadero! I can’t say enough good things about the place and location. Feels like home away from home. First off, the LOCATION! It’s just steps from the beach in what feels like a private neighborhood. Hardly any traffic goes by because of where it’s situated which makes it feel nice, safe and secluded. And when I say steps from the beach, you can literally see the ocean from every floor and hear waves crash as you sleep. And whales! You can even see whales jumping from the kitchen when they’re migrating! The top deck also has a 360 degree view that is epic for sunset! The beach out front is never crowded and there’s a good surf spot up the beach. We love to stop at the cute Beach Bar right on the sand there too! The A/C is a lifesaver and the pool really comes in clutch when you’re feeling lazy. Beds are super comfy, WiFi is fast and the place is a literal paradise! We are counting down the days until we can come back!

This home was the highlight of our trip... we spent 3 nights and in hindsight wished we had stayed there for our 10 day trip to BCS. Bedrooms and beds were super comfy. The kitchen is very well equipped and we absolutely loved taking our pre dinner margaritas on the rooftop patio which overlooks the ocean. We also thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool in the afternoon coming back from the beaches. Worth mentioning that Alycia and her team will have beach gear ready for you to use (umbrella, chairs, etc), a great touch. Such a wonderful property and superbly maintained. Highly recommended. We will be back!
