This is a new residential area. It is located between two big city shopping malls. Grocery stores , caffe bar, bakery, ATMs, farmacy, local bus station are located just outside of the apartment. Bars, cafes, restaurants, fast food (McDonalds, KFC), pastry shop ... western union money exchange, ATMs, post office, pharmacy .... hair salon, spa, nail bar ... cageball, go-carts , Cineplexx movie theater, children's playroom. .. many shops of clothing and footwear... and all this, just 3 minutes walk from the apartment, in the biggest shopping mall in Dalmatia - "City Center One". In March 2016 opened the new "Mall of Split" 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Bus station is just 50 meters away and the bus runs every 20 minutes to the city center (5km away).
If you arrive by car then you are in prime location for exploring the surrounding areas since apartment is located close to major national road routes.
If you want to explore furher areas, the highway exit is 15 min drive from the aparment.
Turn left from apartment and drive to Stobreč (4km from apartmant), a tourist resort known for its camping and variety of recreational tourism - from water sports to football, tennis courts and golf training grounds. Visit nearby Žrnovnica (4.5km from apartmant) if you want to enjoy local food, rural experience and beautiful nature by the river that runs through. Continue your journey to Omis and enjoj in see view for the next 20km of a coastal drive or park your car wherever you choose and take a swim because sandy and pebble beaches are all the way to Omis. Omis (25km) a favourite destination for those looking for adventure in the Cetina Canyon, trying rafting, canyoning, free-climbing, zipline through canyon....
Turn right from apartment and drive to city of Solin (3km) and enjoy a walk along the river Jadro, feed wild ducks, geese and swans, visit Salona ancient Roman ruins. Continue driving through kaselanska riviera, visit Vitturi Castle from a 15th-century in Kastel Luksic, see 1500g old olive three in Kastel Stafilic and continue to Trogir. Trogir(30km) holds the title of the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic town in Central Europe, which is why it is put on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
You can also go on day trips to nearby islands of Brac, Hvar, Vis. Daily departures are from the city's ferry port.
And of course you are in Split! Visit the Diocletian's palace, the cathedral of St. Duje, Marjan hill "the lungs of Split", stay at the numerous beaches, stroll along the waterfront, enjoy hundreds of cafes, restaurants and exciting nightlife ... Split is expecting you!!!
