Private patio entrance opens up to a bright living room with comfortable dining room and Smart TV. Full kitchen with shared laundry room. Large one bedroom with very comfy queen bed and en suite bathroom. Shared W/D with main house off of the kitchen. Short walk to Central Ave and all the eclectic dining, bars, shops, breweries, and entertainment. Only a 6 minute drive to UNM and the airport, 20 minutes to Balloon Fiesta Park, and 15 minutes to Historic Old Town and the Rio Grande Bosque.

lovely casita with so much thought and care in the details and great personality. some extra highlights were the spacious table for my remote work set up and really well stocked kitchen for cooking (surprisingly rare to have access to functional knives in an airbnb). nice, quiet location but easily walkable to everything you need. super pleasant experience, thank you!
This was an awesome stay—charming accommodations and great location! The neighborhood felt safe and walkable. Comfy bed, good water pressure, stayed cozy at night despite being winter. 6/5 stars.
