We loved staying at the House of Character with its interesting limestone architecture. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and the balcony with the grill is the perfect add-on. The location is perfect in the Naxxar village centre, but still quiet and peaceful. We’d go back anytime!

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Malte. Logement propre et agréable. Le rooftop est super. Des restaurants de qualité à proximité pour les brunchs ou les dîners. Alan est disponible.

It wasn’t easy to find the house by car because the road is full of diversion, but Alan was very available for help, so he reached us and we followed him. The house is very beautiful, no doubt about it. Unfortunately, we found the kitchen not provided with basic stuff like tablecloths, kitchen towels and recycling bins. We asked the host to bring us some stuff, but he brought only two very small towels. I’m afraid to say also that, in a kitchen drawer, we found some wooden chopsticks covered in mold. The bathroom is small, but the real problem in it is that there is no bathroom cabinet or any kind of a shelf where to put personal things on, and if you take a shower the result is a complete food because of the glass divider is too short to avoid the water to spread everywhere. Door locks (entrance and terrace) are not very safe. The very positive thing is that the location is perfect for a quiet holiday. The roof gives you the possibility to enjoy a meal in complete relax.

très belle semaine dans le beau logement d Alan. Bien situé juste à côté des bus et d'un petit supermarché ouvert tard. Alan est très attentif au bien-être de ses hôtes, merci. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

We had a lovely stay at Alan’s apartment! It was just as described, bigger than expected & had a lovely rooftop terrace! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Malta!
