The apartment needs some renovation and definitely pest control!!! We had problems with cockroaches, they were many and everywhere (bedroom, kitchen, toilets, etc.). Although the very helpful, always present and very kind lady in charge (Mary) sent someone to clean the apartment, as soon as we complained on the first day... the problem persisted, and my wife and I gave up on finding a solution. I recommend that the owners run some real pest control... and clean the filters of the air-conditioning units. There is certainly a hygiene problem. Also, we kept having problems with the bathroom door. It was impossible to open once you close, we had to call Mary, it was fixed in the same afternoon. One of the sinks was clogged, I unclogged it myself. The apartment is otherwise nice, the terrace is great, and the beach that is two minutes away, is really excellent. A near by restaurant (Enalia) will feed you the best fishes in the world for a very reasonable price. The owner (Kyriakos) is the sweetest man alive. You will need a car to do your shopping as the buses (line 429) is very irregular. The grocery shop Dominaco will take your orders if you need anything they do not have and have them ready for you the next day. Else, you can ask Mary for a Taxi driver's number, and she will recommend only the best.

The good things about the stay with Costas were that they were always contactable and helpful. Also the apartment is near to the beach, even though it is not the nicest beach. The apartment was still dirty when we arrived and not in the best shape. Everywhere was dust and the bathrooms were really dirty. The finery came down from the ceiling. The house really needs a renovation. In the area of the apartment is nothing and you definitely need a car to reach some nice places on the island. There was no BBQ and microwave in the apartment like the announce said. The neighbors listened to loud music every day and we had some strange encounters with a man that tried to come in our apartment or car. Even though we had great holidays.

Ein kleines Haus ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Die Terasse hat eine Super Ausrichtung. Beim Wäsche aufhängen hatte ich ein Blick aufs Meer:-) so macht Haushalt Spaß. Check In/ Check Out ist perfekt durch kleiner Tresor am Haus. Leider ist hier ein Mietwagen Pflicht um alle wichtigen Dinge zu erreichen. Alles in allem zum weiterempfehlen.

Дом соответствует описанию. Всё необходимое для проживания имеется в наличие. До моря 1-2 минуты спокойным шагом. Для перемещения по острову и до магазинов требуется авто.

nice calm place right near the beach. car is needed. the beach is nice (clean water, might be with seaweed if the sea is not calm), sand and rocs.
