I found this property to be mediocre. It definitely didn't meet the high expectations set by the great reviews I read. We stayed there for just one night, so the issues didn't affect us too much. Although they advertised having air conditioning in both rooms, one of the AC units didn't work, and the other struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. When I raised the issue, the owner simply apologized for the inconvenience. The property was adequately clean, so that wasn't a concern. The main attraction of the property is the nice terrace connected to the living room, but it wasn't well maintained. The water feature was dirty and seemed to be a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Whenever we stepped onto the terrace, the CCTV camera pointed inwards, making us feel like our privacy was being invaded, so we chose to stay indoors. The bathrooms could have been better; everything from the toilet flush to the faucet to the shower needed maintenance, which was clearly lacking.
