We had enjoyable stay, very spacious, warm and fully equipped. Nice touches with bread, milk and fruit bowl. Tea and coffee also available. Very friendly host and extremely responsive. Flexible on check in and out. Close to the beach. We would definitely stay again next time visiting Newcastle.

Aiden, the host, was exceptionally kind and allowed me to check in early. He provided essential cooking items and a welcoming fruit basket. The place is impeccably clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The patterned glass not only ensures privacy but also adds brightness to the room. I want to highlight the cleanliness of the place because my dog coughs less here. In the previous accommodation, she coughed more due to moldy walls.

Wir durften problemlos früher in die Unterkunft, es gab frisches Brot, Butter, Marmeladen und Nutella. Einen Obstkorb und Süßigkeiten für die Kinder. Danke dafür! Jede Kommunikation mit Aiden lief schnell und super freundlich. Der Kühlschrank hätte sauberer sein dürfen und auch die Ecken der Wohnung. Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Clean & well presented . The milk, bread etc was very useful. The fruit basket was a really nice touch & the kids sweet bowl went down a treat with the grandkids. Having a washer dryer was useful. Bed comfortable but very soft. & the quilt too soft for us.
