My family and I enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and beautiful view. We walked up to the tavern, and checked out the beach. Nick's home was beautiful and clean. Everything was true to his descriptions and amenities he listed were accurate. Nick was very responsive from the initial conversation forward. He even checked to make sure we arrived okay... Excellent Host... Thanks Nick for making my 50th Birthday special.... Hopefully we will return....

Had an absolutely wonderful time! The design on the house with the lower level patio, screened in porch, and upper deck allow for 3 different kinds of entertainment and with ample lighting their is no worry that the sun going down is going to ruin the fun. The house has mostly everything that you could need and with Food Lion only being about 25-30 minutes away it is very easy to have all of the necessities. Just remember to not forget your paper products! Great live music within walking distance of the house at Cole’s Point Tavern which makes a mean rockfish sandwich. Overall, my group had a great time with no hiccups and Nick is very responsive.

Absolutely wonderful stay!! We had a host cancel on us 1 hour before we were supposed to be there and Nick was there to save the day!! He responded so quickly and had the nicest place for us to stay! It was beautiful, especially the rooftop deck. Absolutely will book again.

We stayed at Nick's Potomac River view 3 bedroom house for Spring Break for the last week of March. The house is a beautiful lake or river cabin/lodge. The decks and balcony afford great views of the Potomac River and the surrounding woods behind the house. We saw deer and a red fox, and enjoyed walks down the access road. The local restaurant wasn't open because this was too early in the spring and the nearby beach wasn't really open for the same reason. We enjoyed traveling to Montrose for dining, and to Warsaw, Rappahannock, and Colonial Beach for shopping and sightseeing. We truly appreciated Nick's hospitality and the scenery and friendliness of the people we met during our 5 day stay.
