我们在这所房子里度过了愉快的half team，设施和布置都很好，功能也很齐全，厨房用起来很方便，我们可以买食材自己制作美味的食物。洗澡水的水量很大，水温也很舒适，卧室的床垫也软硬适中，我们都睡得很好。 只是距离超市和镇中心有一点远，因为这次我们没有汽车，需要全程步行，有公共汽车但是可能会等待很长时间，并且周日停运。但是如果有汽车的话这些都不是问题，门口也有停车位，非常方便。 总体来说非常满意也非常愉快，期待下次回Ipswich还有机会住这里。

The house was homely. Victoria was quick to respond. I didn't know how to lock the backdoor and she was very quick to respond. It was a bit cold when we arrived and the house heating was just turned on. The heating then became warm enough. The towels had a fresh clean feel. There were spices and condiments provided along with pots and pans and cutlery. My visit was with the uni, and there was no direct bus trips to there. Victoria was helpful to suggest local cab operators and I thought that the Hawk and Cab Smart drivers and system were good. Just that you need to have a local UK +44 number to register. Hopefully the apps are upgraded to allow international numbers. We were greeted by neighbour adorable curious cats watching us through the window everytime we left or arrive. Love that.

Nice and clean property, has all the amenities needed. Also just a 15 min walk from the town centre. Will be back
