This characterful one bedroom apartment is situated within an old Schoolhouse that has been converted for modern city living. Located in Woolwich, there is plenty to see and do on your doorstep and also great transport links nearby, meaning central London is easily accessible. Equipped with all the amenites needed for a comfortable stay and with more than enough space for a couple or single traveller, this is the ideal base to make the most of the city. With double height ceilings, original windows and quirky features throughout, this characterful apartment offers more charm than most accommodation in the city. The spacious open plan kitchen/living space is double height with large original windows bathing the room in natural light. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home. There is a corner sofa for when you need to sit down and relax with a drink, and a dining table to enjoy your home cooked meals or takeaways. The upstairs bedroom has a comfortable double bed made up with hotel linen, as well as sofa and Tv and storage space for clothes. The bathroom has a shower and bath, with clean fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for your use. There is high speead wifi throughout the aparartment and also a space available in the car park for guests if required.

Superbe séjour dans cet appartement très joliment décoré, on s’y sent comme chez soi. Petit bémol pour le sol carrelé de la salle de bain qui laisse des morceaux de joints, détail que nous avons communiqué à l’hôte dès notre arrivée. Le quartier est calme et les voisins également. Décoration atypique et originale qui change des autres logements que j’ai pu occuper à Londres. Le cœur de Londres est accessible notamment par la Elizabeth Line, mais le logement reste excentré. Merci à vous !
Loved the building, the apartment, the natural light. A proper nice place to stay. Comfortable, too. Had no issues with the hosts, who showed themselves to be nothing but friendly and helpful. A pleasant escape, it was. I’d stay there again.
Amazing airbnb. A rare gem. So pretty and comfortable. My only complaint is the CD player was broken!!!! But soon to be fixed. Everything was awesome
Nice place, well-decorated & decent location. Fairly clean, could do with being a bit more thorough... but would probably stay there again.
Place felt so homely and spacious. it was very quiet and nice un-busy location. The kitchen has everything I needed to cook and was very clean. Communication was on point and very helpful! I would recommend this flat if your looking for an easy commute from Woolwich station. Nothing bad to note!

Central Woolwich, is more of a gentrified area just 10 minutes walk away, home to more upmarket restaurants, bars and Woolwich Arsenal (DLR) and Woolwich (Elizabeth Line) stations, whisking you to central London within 15 minutes. From here you can also access the Thames, for a walk along the river or boat trip.
As mentioned there are a number of shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance of the apartment. Woolwich Arsenal (DLR) and Woolwich (Elizabeth Line) stations are just 10 minutes walk away, with links to central London within 15 minutes. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the main road around the corner. London City Airport is just 2 stops away on the DLR.
