We loved our week stay at Casa Naya. The place is beautiful with a lovely view. The pool was a perfect way to cool from the heat and there was a nice breeze during the day. The beds were so comfy and great water pressure in the shower. The place was stocked with potable water which was great. It is about a 5 min drive from La Punta which was our favorite place to hang out when we left the casa. The highlight of this place are the wonderful people that work at the casa. They made wonderful breakfast, were always helpful and communicative, and incredibly nice. Just great people with wonderful suggestions and hospitality. Additionally, we got a catered dinner from a local chef two nights and it was delicious. Highly recommend. Price was fair and the food was so good. We got here at night and it was a little hard to find in our rental car. Google maps pointed us down the wrong road at the time we visited. But, once we found it it was easy to navigate and super easy to check in.

Overall design of house is very nice. Nice large outdoor living room and dining room, the house manager was helpful and kind, response time was quick, check in was easy, sunset was beautiful from the pool viewpoint, however there were a few fairly major issues. The doors to the bedrooms (both the main door as well as the accordion doors) have large gaps at both the top and bottom. We killed many spiders in the bedroom and in the beds, and then multiples scorpions. Had one of my children been stung it would have been a hospital trip at the least, and potentially much worse. The rooms are very dark colored, and the lights are dim and flicker, which makes it hard to see the bugs. The house shared the property with a twin house a few feet away so there isn't really any privacy. The walk to the beach is a steep hike through construction sites, very difficult with children. 7 houses within view under construction, work starts 7:30 am, and is loud all day and ruins the views from the pool

Once you get to the house everything is very nice , it is complicated to get there because of the dirt road , staff was always attentive to our needs , buy drinks or chips that you may need because there is nothing near once you get there , beds are very comfortable, good WiFi , AC needs a bit more cooling power. A fan would help a bit , the outdoor living space is wonderful, and you will probably see one of the best sunsets ever.

Great stay. Naya is a very enjoyable house that met the description. Sea views were indeed fantastic at sunset and the pool was the place to be all day long. We got everything we needed and was very comfortable. Gerardo and Ines are friendly and even left us a little surprise, which was a thoughtful touch. The Wi-Fi worked well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto and looking for a spot near zicatela.
