Lucy was very responsive whenever I reached out to her with questions and clarifications which I appreciated. Her home was just as shown in the pictures, clean, not cluttered and comfortable. The kids (10,8) loved it as well. All amenities were provided with clear instructions, pots, pans, plates, dishwashing liquid, even coffee, creamer and loads of spices. The only negative I have is that the sounds/noise travels easily to/from rental and the apartment below. Lucy reached out to us asking to keep the noise level down but not only was it after 10am, but my kids were both seated and playing Nintendo and the adults(3) were talking, laughing and reminiscing. Every single movement in the house was exaggerated. Even walking sounded loud. Once Lucy reached out, it was uncomfortable having to monitor the kids, making sure they walked easily, talked quietly. It was stressful for me as a mom who looked forward to vacationing for 4 months. Other than that, it was great place to stay.

The house was lovely. We had a great stay. It was very clean and had all the amenities that were listed. Overall, a really good experience. Would highly recommend it.

Lucy was a wonderful host. The house was as described and very clean. Perfect for what we needed for our trip. Quickly responded back to me when needed. Will definitely consider booking with her in the future.
