Michael was a great host! He was very responsive from the start and even offered to give us a discounted extended stay if we needed it. The airbnb was exactly as advertised. The water pressure was great too. We will definitely be back if we need need a place to stay in BGC😀

Our home away from home! My all tine favorite AirBnB so far in the city! You can tell that Michael always updates his apartment because things look new and not over used. It is very clean and everything works! The bed and matress are sooo comfortable. We all felt at home. And also you can‘t beat the location.

Had a great stay. Unit was extremely clean, bed was very comfortable with thick comforter. Michael was very professional and was an excellent host. I would definitely recommend staying at Michael's.

The unit is exactly as shown in photos . Good sized kitchen and even it even has a utility area. I’d say the space is ideal for 4 adults. The bedrooms are cozy and the bed itself was very comfortable. Parksuites also has very two swimming pools - which was great for cooling down after spending the day outdoors. The location is a walking distance to shopping malls and good restaurants. It is also easy to access other parts of BGC by catching a taxi/ grab. Michael is a very responsive host and easy to deal with . I highly recommend this place.

My family of 4 had a great and comfortable stay at Michael's place. We arrived a bit earlier and Michael was very considerate go let us in earlier too. We were welcomed witha neat and clean 2BR unit. We stayed from April 9-14 and even extended for a day while waiting for our flight back home. I recommend this place for small groups or families who want to sleep on comfortable beds and feel secure inside the unit with its auto lock system, so you won't have to worry if you've forgotten to lock the door from the inside or not. The washing machine with dryer was very useful for us since we had been traveling around and we needed fresh clothes. We also had good movie nights with Netflix. Note that the 2nd bathroom doesn't have a heater and a divider for the shower toilet but it was good having a 2nd one. The building staff were also great (security guards, cleaners, receptionists). My German family commends them for their friendliness and initiative with helping us with our luggages etc.
