A three-bedroom house nestling right next to James Paget Hospital in Gorleston-on-Sea. It sits just a couple of minutes to the seafront alongside many of Gorleston’s spectacular attractions. The neighborhood is safe, child-friendly, and has an accessible transportation system. If you are a travelling group, family, or individual and need a home away from home, our home has the essential amenities you need to make your stay in Gorleston comfy and peaceful. The building is a detached house and is made up of a master ensuite bedroom, a double room, a single room, and a sleeper den. It comes with a garage, a kitchen, and a nice garden, and it’s perfect for families, groups, and individuals that desire the privacy, comfort, and peace of mind that comes with having a whole house all to themselves. Apart from the dedicated en-suite in the master bedroom, the building also has a shared bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. We support contactless guest registration, and your unique guest registration link will be sent to you upon reservation to help you organize your arrival. When completing the guest registration form, you will be required to upload a Government approved ID. There will be a £100 security deposit authorization on your card, which will be voided upon checkout, subject to an inspection of the property. Please endeavor to completely fill out the link before your arrival. Please be aware that smoking is not permitted in any of our units. We have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property and will charge a £250 fine if you are caught doing so. -We only allow dogs; all dogs must be registered at check-in. We accept dogs of all sizes and breeds. There is an extra charge of $25.00 per night for each dog. Maximum of 2 dogs. Please note, we do love our furry friends and don't like our dogs being crated but if you're coming with your dogs, then the dogs should experience the beautiful and serene environment with you as well, by taking them along whenever you're going to places. If for any reason you have to go out without the dogs, then that's when we advise they must be crated so they don't damage anything in our rooms outside your watch. If your dog is left unattended and is a nuisance, extra fees may be incurred. Support dogs are also welcomed on our property, but are required to abide by our pet policy. We waive the pet fees on trained service dogs that are required because of a disability, but you are required to register them, as well as specify what work or task the dog has been trained to perform.
