Mark had a beautiful guest room and would recommend anyone to stay here. It was in a fairly nice and calm neighborhood which was very nice. I have no complaints whatsoever.

My stay was great! The place is so cute and cozy, a minimalist dream come true. Place is filled with all you need to cook, wash, work, relax, it really was the whole package. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit again, thanks, Mark! Your place is adorable, great job on the renovations!!

It's a private, fully functional (private) studio - with a private separate entrance to the side of his home. The value was great; my wife picked this out, The other option was a stay in a local hotel without half the amenities and more cost. It's close to grocery shopping and restaurants. I was visiting family about 15 minutes away in Salida. On this trip, I was solo - and I worked remotely, so even though I was visiting for family issues, I was able to work a few days while away. Mark left a note on my car that I could text him if I had any issues or needed food brought in had I ordered out. As an athlete, I did not eat out much and prepared my own meals in the excellently appointed kitchen and found several local fitness locations that were easily accessible, close proximity The Wi-Fi was easy to acces & the plus of having a washer and dryer was very nice. Greta Location: I traveled to Amador County (Wine Country) to have lunch with a friend - just 1+ hr.

Mark’s place is super modern and beautiful! It’s also in a great neighborhood near many stores/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
