Great stay. Coleen was great and very responsive and accommodating. The place is just as described and was clean and comfortable when we got there. Kitchen was well stocked and made it easy for us to make the meals we wanted. The only issue we had was a nieghbor that liked to play loud music starting around 6am. Not Coleens issue or an issue with the place itself.

We had a wonderful time staying in Modesto at Coleen's place! It was very easy to find & the location was absolutely perfect for our trip, we were in town for a wedding at the McHenry Mansion (which is beautiful, check it out!) What stood out the most was how beautifully clean & well decorated everything was! It smelled amazing in there!! They kitchen was very well equipped & we enjoyed eating & playing cards at the dining room table. The beds were soft & comfortable & there were amply options for blankets & pillows. If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was really cozy and clean, and close to all the places we needed to go. I will definitely stay here again.
