Neel is a great host and I highly recommend this apartment. Pre-arrival we had lots of helpful communication with Neel and he couldn't have done more throughout our stay to make it a success. There were a couple of small issues and at all times Neel was very quick to respond and resolve them. The flat is in a great location for exploring Birmingham (and very near a great Indian restaurant which is always a plus for us!) and was very clean, well set up and comfortable. We felt at home.
