L’appartement est effectivement très bien placé et rapide d’accès du centre ville. La description est plutôt fidèle mais nous avons déplorer la propreté de la cuisine et des équipements. Un peu regrettable de devoir faire un coup de propre avant d’utiliser vaisselle et électroménager.

Excellent apartment, spotlessly clean and tidy, the smell upon entry is beautiful. Having 2 bathrooms was so practical for our stay with 4 adults. Beds were comfortable and the area was nice and peaceful and quiet.

Arthur is an excellent host with quick responses. The property was exactly as described, very easy to find and walking distance to restaurants, Board Street, and Bullring Centre. It gave us a pleasant and relaxing Canal trip in Birmingham. Highly recommended and definitely will return!
