This was an ideal property in a great location. The space was sunny and attractively appointed, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, the beds were exceptionally comfy, the back yard was perfect for meals outside, and wifi & TV worked great. A grocery story is a block away, and the main avenue nearby has a bunch of restaurants, bakeries, and shops (including a great bookstore). We basically never stopped eating. Host was super responsive. We are very grateful for our stay at this property.

One of the best places I've stayed in. Great location, accurate description and very clean. Ken accommodated a last minute change and we are grateful for his hospitality.

We had a great time at Ken's place. It's a beautiful home in a great location in North Berkeley. It's very cozy and walking distance to the super market and a main street with shops and restaurants. Ken was very responsive. We loved staying here and would stay again in the future if possible.

Very clean and charming for an old craftsman. Updated nicely. Private yard. Dog next door only barked once. A little too close to a super market with some traffic and noise but made up for it because you can walk to a charming street with many shops, coffee cafes and restaurants

Had a great weekend stay here! We had two couples and only used two of the bedrooms, so there was plenty of space for the four of us (and easily could’ve had another group in the additional room). Nice location close to many restaurants and bakeries just around the corner, while the street was still residential and quiet at night. Everything came as advertised. Ken was very responsive and made the stay easy!
