Hodh derives its name from the water body that used to supply the water for the “Bagh '' with its plantation of fruit trees and gardens once upon a time. Built by the Prime Minister of Jaipur, Fateh Singhji in 1786, the home was originally where the women of the house used to stay, known as the Zenana Mahal. The Haveli has been renovated by the current owners Gayatri and Hameer. Hameer is a Captain in the Merchant Navy & Gayatri is a Deepak Chopra certified Wellbeing Coach, who offers one on one sessions, group sessions and weekend retreats for Ayurveda, Meditation and Wellbeing Coaching.
