Cozy up in this 2 room suite with private bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and separate bedroom. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. Located a short drive (5 min) from downtown, and 35 - 40 min from several popular Tahoe ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request for $15/charge. The house sits on a 1/2 acre and has 2 driveway gates . Our guests will access the property through the back gate. A parking space on the property has been reserved for guests of the suite. The suite is located on the south side of the home and stays shaded most of the day. The living room and bedroom both get good natural light during the day, and if you like it very dark during sleep, the blackout curtains in the bedroom will do the trick.

If you are visiting Reno, this is a great property located in the nicest, most established neighborhood. You can walk and run in the neighborhood and on the nearby Steamboat Ditch Trail. The unit is spacious, clean, comfortable, and private. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there.
This is our second time staying at the Foley Nest. We enjoyed the nice and quiet neighborhood, spacious living space and private parking. We look forward to our next stay.
The suite is very comfortable for a family to stay. The place is clean. Both the bed and futon are comfortable. There are plenty of blankets, pillows, games, coffee, creamer, oatmeal, makeup remover, etc. There are clear instructions everywhere inside the house. There was even a handwritten welcome message for us inside the house :) Note that the suite shares a wall with the owners, so whatever happens on either side is audible.
We needed a comfortable place to stay for a quick overnight and safe place to park our car packed full of moving things. Eileen’s place was perfect for both!
The most quaint, comfortable, and clean place for my daughter and I to stay before we drove home to CA from MI. Very thoughtful accommodations throughout.Eileen, Kevin and their pups were very warm and welcoming.Would definitely stay at the Foley Nest again.Thank you!🫶🏻

Very nice neighborhood, great for walking, and has private parking.
