Welcome to your dream mountain getaway! Perched on the private southern slope of Sparrowhawk Mountain on 45 acres of private woodlands, this spacious cabin is located in the heart of Bethel, fifteen minutes from Sunday River ski resort and five minutes from downtown Bethel, cross country ski trails, and the White Mountains National Forest. Whether you are looking for a relaxing retreat or an adventurous vacation, this unique house has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. The lodge features high ceilings, expansive windows, and elegant materials and furnishings. The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, with three bedrooms and an additional sleeping area in the walk-out basement, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The 3.5 bathrooms include spa-worthy tiling and a dreamy bathtub in the primary bath. The fully equipped stylish kitchen, sun-soaked dining area and living room, half bath and laundry room, expansive deck and primary suite make up the open first floor plan. Upstairs you’ll find two queen bedrooms and a full bath. On the lower level is another full bath, yoga/gym room, wet bar with wine fridge, theater room, and additional sleeping area with two sets of twin bunkbeds. The lowest level has sliding doors to provide easy access to the brand new hot-tub, situated just below the deck.

Everything I was looking for in a mountain getaway! I saw the Northern Lights on my second night here, so definitely makes this place unforgettable in my book. Absolutely love all the touches from furnishings to connected home upgrades to the simple beauty of the property. I truly needed for nothing. Home is very well appointed! Bethel is such an adorable little town with scenic drives and hiking trails in every direction. My only complaint is that the week simply went by way too quickly. Will certainly return!
Our stay was really wonderful. The home is exceptionally well designed, thoughtful, and generally - beautiful, inside and out! Including myself, there were 5 of us for the stay and we had plenty of room and could have easily fit more. The kitchen is really well equipped and large. The hot tub is a must— especially with all the sounds of nature around. The entertainment room downstairs was super nice and was great to have a tv upstairs on the main floor too. The instructions throughout the home were very helpful— which reminds me: Alice & Ryan are wonderful co-hosts and especially helpful & responsive. The grounds/trees on the part of the property around the house are still settling in from what looks like a recent clearing, but was not a bother for us at all. It was still a gorgeous spot in nature. Overall, this Airbnb may be the best we’ve ever experienced. I hope to be back!
Great place, super clean
House is perfect! Very upscale and beautiful home. Clean and comfortable. Host are very nice as well! Only one issue we have had was the Jacuzzi water unfortunately wasn’t clean and we couldn’t use it, but the host was kind enough and compensated us for that. Definitely will book with them again!
