We did experience issues during our stay however Sue and Phil were quick to respond. We appreciate the tight constraints and pressures they were under with their previous guests staying for 3 months and only having less than 24hrs to turn around the property. We have since discussed and resolved our concerns. The house was as listed with the only absence of garden furniture (which was mentioned on the photograph of the garden but not actually there sadly, such a shame because the weather was gorgeous and the garden is smart, so would of been nice to take advantage of the evening sun). This is a modern home in a really nice area with plenty of local shops big and small. Uber eats/Deliveroo and JustEat services were great. Wouldn’t recommend local Indian across the road! This was a great property and great value. Downstairs was very spacious and modern, with a huge kitchen area. Upstairs was a little smaller with one bathroom and two rooms. The property was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The heating was off when we got in but once turned on at the boiler the house was lovely and warm. Parking for multiple cars was a bonus. We will be back! 😁
