Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house situated minutes from Formby train station. This beautiful recently refurbished house is the perfect place to relax whilst visiting the picturesque coastline of the North West. With 3 major golf courses within 10 minutes of the house and further 4 just a 30 minute ride on the Wirral this is the perfect spot for golfers and leisure guests alike. The house is a semi detached house and has parking for 2 cars on the driveway. The first thing you'll notice as you enter the house is the large light and airy spaces this house offers. The first room on the right is the large and spacious lounge with comfortable seating for everyone in addition to the large smart Tv. The sense of light will hit you upon entering the kitchen/dining area. The fully fitted kitchen means you can prepare either a light snack or a full gourmet dinner. The dining area is perfect for family meals or playing games. Off the dining area is the Orangery which is a calm oasis with views over the private garden. Off the kitchen is a flexible space that is set up as an office but can be used as a play room or workout area. There is also a downstairs wc. Going upstairs the first room on the right is a large double room with plenty of light. The next bedroom is a twin room with 2 singles beds and plenty of storage space. The large en suite king room with en suite shower room completes the bedrooms on the first floor and offers a tranquil oasis of calm and relaxation after a busy day of shopping or sightseeing. On the first floor there is also a large family bathroom with free standing tub and double walk in shower. In the large family room on the top floor of the house is double and a single bed alongside plenty of storage and is the perfect space for a family or friends to share. The large private fenced garden completes this beautiful house and with plenty of seating is the perfect place to relax and have a glass of wine after a busy day.

Exactly as the description and pictures. We used this as a base to play some great local golf courses. Suited our needs perfectly.
We had a lovely stay here as the house was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved how close it is to both Formby beach and town. It was quick and easy to get in touch with a member of staff during our stay too.
Lovely house was absolutely spotless did our best to leave it in great condition. Location was spot on too. Only two things were it would’ve been handy to have a earlier check in even by a hour makes a big difference if you’ve been travelling and if your going to book just be aware you’ll need to put some extra info on their website. I wasn’t super comfortable doing that because of personal issues I’ve had in the past but the host was super understanding and responsive. I’d book any home with them again
House is clean, well equipped and finished to a good standard.
Beautiful house, had a total of 8 guests and felt straight at home. Beautiful decor and lovely location!

Royal Birkdale, Formby and Hillside Golf Courses are within a 5 minute drive and another 4 courses on the Wirral including the world famous Royal Liverpool course at Hoylake.
We are within walking distance to Formby beach and squirrel reserve. Also Formby village is just a few minutes away where you'll find a vast aray of shops, restaurants, pubs and more.
Formby is within the North Merseyside and West Lancashire red squirrel stronghold, one of a few refuges left for red squirrels across the UK. There’s nothing better than spotting one jumping through the pine trees. If you're taking a wander in the woodlands at Lifeboat Road or Victoria Road, take time to stand a while and don't forget to look up.
They are mainly solitary animals and can be quite elusive and timid, hence why spotting one at Formby’s nature haven is never guaranteed but a real delight when it happens.
Formby is a coastal nature haven for both wildlife and people. You’ll discover some of Europe’s best sand dune habitats, where many rare species thrive. You can also catch glimpses of the past, from prehistoric footprints to old shipwrecks.
The Sefton Coast sand dune system is recognised as one of the most important dune habitats in north-west Europe, and is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Formby’s dunes, heathlands, grasslands and plantation woodlands create a mosaic of habitats where many rare and more common plants and animals thrive – everything from natterjack toads, sand lizards, red squirrels and internationally important wading birds, through a wide variety of wildlflowers, to over 1,000 moth and butterfly species.
The house is situated just a few minutes from Formby train station. Merseyrail have a fantastic network and can take you to the Wirral, Southport, central Liverpool and beyond.
