Great location for the beach! Cafe round the corner was fab (and dog friendly) Cottage was huge, with a very much home from home feel. I think family must use this a second home but this doesn’t stop you having full access to the property. The secure garden was great for our dogs and the hot tub was an added bonus. Host John was amazing, contacting us right up and throughout our stay to make sure we had everything. Left us dog and toddler supplies. We love Formby and very much enjoyed our stay here. We only spent 2 nights here but could haven easily spent a week here

Thank you for letting us stay in your home. There's plenty of space with 3 double bedrooms, so 6 of us could spend the weekend together, with access to full kitchen and living facilities. And of course the lovely hot tub, very relaxing, and a bit of a treat! The beds are very comfy, and lots of care had been taken to provide fluffy towels and clear space in wardrobes and drawers. It was very convenient for a trip to the area (family gathering), and getting out for a walk on the beach was a highlight, which is easy to do from the house. Thanks again.
