Sam was a great host - professional yet personable. Amazing communication & extremely quick with the response’s. Instructions for checking in was clear cut. I checked in late & had some IT issues getting in (out of his control), yet he responded to me right away & trouble shooted to make sure I got in. Once I was in he checked to make sure everything was good. When it came to leaving he checked with me again to make sure everything went smooth I had a total of 9 people & the property was spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location comes with gated parking at the property which, for me, in LA is important. My specific property had 3 parking spaces with option to purchase additional. The location is 18 min walk, 3 min drive from the Hollywood Bowl. The infamous Hollywood & Highland js nearby. The Grove is 30 min drive, Venice 30 min drive, Universal Studios 12 min drive - just to give an idea.

Great stay, convenient to lots of sightseeing. Safe place with easy check in (compared to other places in LA that don't even list accurate addresses) communication was quick. Would stay again.

Perfect location, and lovely place! Perfect for families if you choose VIP access to both units. Be prepared to find parking if you aren't carpooling...but hey that's Hollywood! Speaking of, the building is right in the heart of Hollywood. Just about everything you would want to do is in walking distance.
