We really enjoyed our stay at Gerardo and Paulina’s place. It was just what the pictures shown. Nice, clean home and not too far from downtown. Beautiful view from the roof top. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Antonio. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! It was just as pictured. We really enjoyed the balcony upstairs. I loved how each room had its own restrooms. We liked how close it was to the downtown area. Highly recommend and definitely would come back!

Gerardo & Paulina’s home is nice, clean and comfortable. Driving distance to The Riverbend area.

Gerardo and Paulina's place is solidly-built, super-clean and fun with all its levels and view of downtown from the rooftop patio. The hosts provided several thoughtful touches, such as snacks, water and soda, and earplugs by each bedside. The neighborhood is a mix, with some old houses and some new construction and refurbishing going on. Paulina was very quick in responding to questions we had about the feasability and safety of walking to town and the location of a nearby grocery store. Suerte was a welcome haven each evening after touring San Antonio's sights and experiencing the eclipse. Thank you for providing this lovely place and for being great hosts!

Beautiful just built property as described on photos. Very clean, private and quiet. Easy access to downtown 5min drive. right off E.Commerce Street. 4 story townhome. First floor has two private covered parking. 1 bedroom queen on first floor with beautiful bathroom/ shower. Second floor we were greeted with little snacks and an open space living room, dining room, kitchen with half bathroom and a cute deck. Third floor has two queen bedrooms with private bathroom/shower. 4th floor has a beautiful large deck with sitting area and lounge chairs. You can see downtown from upstairs deck. Easy access to uber, restaurants and scooters. Plenty of space. My family had a wonderful time and Paulina and Gerardo were very nice and accommodating and responded quickly to questions I had during my stay.
