The Dovecote is a newly renovated three bedroom cottage, with hot tub. It is located 2 miles from Westow Village and is close to Malton and York, in the heart of Ryedale in Yorkshire. The cottage has a large open plan siting room, kitchen and dining area with log burner, smart tv and glass sliding doors leading out to the terrace with the hot tub, outdoor seating and bbq with far reaching views across Yorkshire. Guests enter the house through the front door into a hallway leading through to the open plan sitting/dining/kitchen with french sliding windows leading out to the terrace with outdoor seating and hot tub with far reaching views across Yorkshire. The sitting room has a large L shaped sofa with log burner and smart tv. The Kitchen has a Tassimo coffee machine, electric oven, hob and fridge. There are three bedrooms with superking beds and these can be made up either as superkings or twins (please request on booking). There is one bathroom and two shower rooms. There is a paved terrace around the house with outdoor seating, gas bbq and hot tub with wonderful views. There is a fenced field where guests can take their dogs. There is parking at the cottage for 6 cars.

We loved our weekend here, so quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was great and the kids enjoyed watching the horses in the field. The house was clean, had loads of great additions to make our trip easy. For anyone looking for a weekend away from the world, this is the place to go!
The cottage was of a very high standard. Beautiful setting with stunning views over the countryside from the living room and hot tub. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the amenities you need. The cottage felt very private and in a lovely relaxed location. Would definitely book to come again.
Amazing place with no expense spared! Hot tub with a view and not overlooked. Log burner is a lovely touch with a good starter pack. 3 lovely bedrooms and 3 lovely bathrooms! Well equipped kitchen (maybe in need to a measuring jug and a baking tray or 2). Be aware water is red hot! Grate place to unwind and chill out, definitely recommend! Local pub does great food, amazing farm shop 10 min drive. York less than 30 mins drive one way and the coast the other way. Great comms if needed. Nothing else to say GET BOOKING !!!
