My name is Karina, thank you for your interest in learning more about us. ​ When folks ask me “what do you do? ” with a smile I say “ I am a visionary, missionary, interior designer, entrepreneur, business owner, wife, founder and director of a nonprofit, a daughter, sister, aunt, leader, mentor and a friend." In 2018, my mother had to flee Venezuela’s political and economic turmoil. God gave me a vision to create a sanctuary as well as build a business to support her, in our 1950 home, a safe place for her to live and thrive after losing her homeland of 74 years. Her name is Maria, you might see her, and our very old dog Apólito “tell her I say hello”… I love her very much! This is how our vacation rentals were inspired, imagined, and completed. Launched into my formal training in fashion & visual merchandising. For over 30 years I explored and expanded my love for creative design.
