What a unique place!!! Really enjoyed our stay, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Pictures don't do this place justice! "Tom" the rooster made an appearance as well...he's a great drinking partner!

The entire historical space is so visually appealing. The beautiful plantation along the river with a well manicured grounds is a site to see. Feel free to explore it all. Aimee makes this open for her guests. The cottage is such a delightfully charming and well-decorated compliment to the plantation. There's a sense of history mixed with modern comforts. This was more than a stay, it was an experience. It was made for the perfect, relaxed weekend. Aimee made us feel like it was our home away from home. She's the perfect host. Overall, an A+ 100%.

Aimee's cottage was super cute, loved staying here. It was great place to just sit back, enjoy the scenery, and relax. Aimee was great at communicating with us and had amazing hospitality. The cottage was super cute and cozy. There were many dead bugs around but wasn't a big issue, given that the cottage is on a plantation. The only complain I have is the rooster that crows all night long and stomps on the A/C, right outside the window. We named him Tom because he peeps through the window.
