This is an excellent and clean apartment in a nice new building in a great neighborhood. The host is extremely friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in beautiful Riobamba.

An excellent apartment, very clean and comfortable, in an excellent location, easily walkable to downtown or to get a taxi to anywhere in the city. The caretaker Mery is excellent, so friendly and helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend any apartment in this excellent, clean and safe new building.
