Das Haus is leider überhaupt nicht wie beschrieben. Es ist sehr groß und hat 4 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Aber ansonsten ist das Haus sehr abgewohnt und nicht sehr gepflegt. Zu unserem Pech hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Draussen waren es 11 Grad und im Haus 12 Grad. Man ist in der Nacht durch sein eigenes Zähneklappern aufgewacht. Leider hat die Agentur oder aber auch James mit vorgefassten Emails reagiert. Und hat keine Lösung vorgeschlagen. Am dritten Tag wurde eine Mechaniker geschickt, der eine Teil aus der Heizung mitnahm und nie mehr wieder kam. Es war überhaupt keine Erholung oder Freude in dieses Haus zu gehen. Es hätte ein toller Familienurlaub werden sollen. Es war aber ein absoluter Alptraum. Die Größe des Hauses ist super für eine große Familie, aber der Hausbesitzer sollte das Haus erst einmal Grundreinigen lassen. Und natürlich die Heizung reparieren. Eigentlich hätte das Haus mit defekter Heizung nicht vermietet werden sollen! Nie wieder!!

Overall was a decent stay, large enough for big families. Close to Public transport
Well located house for a weekend catching up with friends in West London. Close to overground and walkable to bus for science/ natural history museum. Issues with key getting in and WiFi didn’t work throughout stay despite following instructions to rectify, which was a shame for guests needing to catch on work Saturday morning. Saying that, clean house and comfy beds.
