If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. 2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day. 3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. 4. There is a security camera located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the property and our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home. 5. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations!
