To the right, there is a large living room with a big dining área. It is almost a pity that you will probably give preference to the large dining table outside on the terrace. Connected to the dining area there are a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry and a laundry room. Also on the ground floor, you will find two of the four bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom and a guest toilet.<br><br>Upstairs, on the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious dressing room. There are also large terraces with sea views.<br><br>The wifi installation and the presence of a small desk in one of the bedrooms make the villa ideal for remote workers.<br><br>Located on a plot that provides a lot of intimacy from streetwalkers, this house offers several partially covered terraces with plenty of outdoor seating.
