Na-appreciate ko ang stay ko sa Airbnb unit ni Atty. Kristoffer. Just like how he described it in Airbnb -- no frills, bawal sa maselan, at value for money. Gusto ko lang naman ng may matulugan nang maayos sa gabi, at para sa akin, okay sa akin yung unit niya. Nasa loob ng isang guarded community/village, maa-appreciate mo ang collection nya ng expensive big bikes, mountain bikes, Range Rover and kei car. Wala mang TV, wifi, etc., mayos naman ang beddings at freshly turned, and the aircon cools the room well. The only concern is nasa tabing-kalye ang unit kaya medyo may ingay, but bearable naman for me. Maganda ang Deca Wakeboarding Park na a few meters away lang. I used the provided bike to get around the Deca community, na merong mga small food shops, drug store, convenience store, etc. Lastly, the community (Phase 12) is clean and secured, with a basketball court nearby. Atty. Kris, salamat! Value for money ang Airbnb unit mo. Thank you!

There was no wifi or tv, even though its on the listing. Its a little loud since its very near the road. But the host was very accomodating.
