Welcome to our spacious and unique 4 BR / 2 BA home with a hot tub, extended outdoor living space and a fun-filled recreation & game room! This getaway is designed for cozy comfort and fun for up to 8 people. Downtown LaSalle is just a three-block walk. Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Park are a 10-minute drive away. The beautifully lit outdoor living space has covered dining for 8 and a gas grill. The detached game room has TV, air hockey, arcade game, dart board, foosball & more!! We've designed our home to be a cozy, comfortable getaway for up to 8 guests with many thoughtful elements. The home is very well-appointed. There is generous, cozy seating with two sectionals in the family room, dining space for eight both indoors AND outdoors... even the rec room has seating for up to 8 and a perfect spot for watching Saturday/Sunday football. The extended outdoor living space is relaxing & comfortable with beautiful lighting throughout. The deck has an outdoor dining table for eight on one half of the deck to conversational seating with glider love seats on the other half. Walk a few steps down to the patio where you'll find a large gas grill and a spacious hot tub. The rec/game room has tons of fun and extended living space to offer. Two sofas, each with a chaise lounge, a bench for two, and high-top table for two. The rec room is outfitted with a 65-inch TV, electric fireplace, Air Hockey table, Arcade Game with > 10 games, including Ms. Pac Man, an electronic dart board, foosball table and more. The rec room also has a small fridge for keeping beverages cold and easy to access from the hot tub and deck! On the other side of the rec room is a large yard and the perfect place to play Corn Hole, Kuub and other yard games. Access the home from the back door and enter a spacious, bright foyer. The foyer contains two benches, one with plenty of hooks for hot tub towels or coats. At the base of one bench you'll find the hot tub towels. Also in the foyer is a fire blanket (for the grill), grill tools and spa supplies. The 1st full bathroom is immediately to the right inside the back door off the deck. This main bathroom has a full tub and shower, a large sink space and toilet. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toiletries such as cotton swabs, cotton pads, etc. Each of our beds is outfitted with gel and fluffy pillows so you can choose your favorite! Every bedroom has a closet with hangers, hooks for hanging towels or other items and a luggage rack. The two identical queen bedrooms are on the left of the entry foyer. We maxed out the bed size in these two queen bedrooms to optimize sleeping spaces, so these bedrooms are ALL bed! Each has just enough room for a nightstand on both sides of the bed with built-in electrical and USB plugs. The lamps have extra USB plugs too. Each bedroom also has a bench, luggage rack and closet. These two functional queen bedrooms are the smallest of the four bedrooms. The primary and spacious king bedroom is located at the front of the house. The king bedroom has plenty of space, a large dresser, two nightstands, a luggage rack, a bench, and a 50-inch TV. The fourth bedroom, also spacious with a queen bed and sitting area, is down the hall on the right. This bedroom also has a 50 inch TV, a small sectional, sofa luggage rack, closet and nightstands on both sides of the bed. The second bathroom at the end of this hallway contains the full-size smart washer and dryer. This bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. The shower is equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Upstairs you'll be welcomed by an open floor plan, dedicated work space and cozy seating area . On the left you'll find the spacious, welcoming family room with two large sectional sofas, a 75-inch TV, electric fireplace and tons of natural light. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 8. Placemats are located in the buffet along with several board games, poker chips, cards, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked. This home is well-suited and well-appointed for 8 guests with plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware and servingware. Our home is the perfect spot for a family retreat, group getaway, girls weekend and more! From nature hikes to boutique shopping, craft cocktails to family owned restaurants, there's something for everyone in La Salle & the Illinois Valley!
