We were met in person, given specific and easy parking instructions, and welcomed with very warm hospitality. The place is as advertised. It's comfortable, clean, stylish, and the terrace has beautiful views for an afternoon glass of wine or a morning coffee. It's a short distance to all the main attractions of Modica and a great location for walking around the town. We had a minor issue when the water stopped working. It turned out the water pump needed to be restarted and Giorgio promptly took care of it. He apologized and let us take a bit more time during checkout in case it caused any inconvenience. Things happen and it's how you address them that matters. Thank you for the hospitality.

This was such a lovely apartment, with beautiful furnishings, so many thoughtful touches and amenities, and impeccable personal service from the owners. There are a lot of stairs, so this is definitely not a place for those who aren't keen on a bit of exercise. However, with all the pasta we ate, the steps were actually quite helpful! We really adored the place and were so impressed with how thoughtful the owners were. The view from the terrace is so romantic and Modica was so quiet and pretty.

I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Modica. The balcony has a beautiful view that you can enjoy in peace and the home was absolutely clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you need and conveniently located to the main shops and museums. Highly recommend to others visiting; couples or groups!

Bed and Bros apartment is beautiful and the view is fantastic. It is a steep walk to the city center. Parking is difficult to find on a street nearby.
