Unit is as described. Conveniently located from NAIA Terminal 3 walkway (for travellers) and Marriot (for those attending events). Honesty Store is a nice touch for late night cravings or early morning start.

One Palm Tree Villas is a very secure Condominium. Expect that our guards will not let unregistered guests in. They tend to be too strict to maintain peace and safety on the premises.
