The kitchen/diner/snug space has a lovely flow, the restful colour palette bringing a relaxed easy vibe to this sociable space, the dining and seating area is open to the kitchen so the cook for the day can be part of the chit chat too. Everything you need to create hearty breakfasts and tasty suppers is close at hand, there's a useful double oven, grill and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a cafetiere for that “get you going” morning coffee! The snug offers additional seating, all positioned around a cosy wood burner for those cooler, chiller North Yorkshire evenings. A Smart TV and DVD player along with a selection of boardgames, toys and books, offers you a truly relaxing space for all the family to enjoy together. A useful downstairs cloakroom can be found as you wander towards the inviting separate lounge. The focal point of this additional lounge area is a wood burning stove, which takes centre stage and is a striking feature in this spacious yet cosy sitting room, a beautiful calm colour palette creates a bright restful space to relax, to gather and kick back at the end of a day spent exploring the wonderful countryside and all that North Yorkshire and surrounding areas have to offer. This first of four bedrooms, all positioned on the first floor, is a cosy king room which continues the restful palette, perfect for retreating to at the end of day spent exploring. This spacious main bedroom also has the added benefit of an ensuite. The second bedroom has wonderful views across the village with another king bed taking centre stage. A further two twin bedrooms flow along the landing, each tastefully decorated with charm and character. Set on the first floor, the owner, Kate, has taken great care to make this spacious bathroom the perfect fit for the cottage. The separate bathtub is just what is needed for soaking any aching muscles after a ramble across the North Yorkshire Moors! You will also find a separate shower, basin and loo. Tillers Cottage has an enclosed garden positioned across the driveway, with seating for eight, set on a lovely private patio to the rear of the garden, perfect for al fresco dining! This private tranquil space comes complete with a secure bike store/dog kennel. There is clearly marked off road parking for one vehicle at the side of the cottage and any additional cars can be parked on the quiet village road outside the cottage.
